Sandy & John Wedding in San Jose, California

Our dear friends Sandy and John were married on Saturday, August 23, 2008.

They had their ceremony at Cathedral Basilica of Saint Joseph in San Jose and their reception at The Decathlon Club in Santa Clara.

The Decathlon Club is where Sandy went for her junior prom...what really tops the story is that some of her friends who went to prom with her were there for the reception.

We were fortunate to be part of their lives, to watch their love grow from friends, to husband and wife; a great team...undeniably two glowing peas in a pod.

In the meantime, check out the incredible work of Sandy and John's wedding photographer, Jerry Yoon (and Ingrid). Their engagement shots in Napa Valley came out gorgeous...I mean, h-o-t. I can't wait to see Jerry and Ingrid's dreamy captures from the wedding day...in 3-4 more weeks.

I'll update this entry more as I get more pictures so check back again shortly.

"How could Santiago, who subsists on occasional handouts from kind cafĂ© owners or, worse, imaginary meals, wage the terrific battle with the great marlin that the novel recounts? As the book progresses, we see that the question is irrelevant. Although Santiago’s battle is played out in physical terms, the stakes are decidedly spiritual."
